Frequently asked questions
Can I run more than one camp or organization?
Yes. One Convoke login can belong to any number of organizations — a summer camp, a church retreat, a sports clinic — each with its own website, events, staff, and payouts. Pick which one to open every time you sign in.
How do payments work?
Convoke connects to your own Stripe account, so registration fees land directly in your bank account. You choose what parents see: pay-in-full, deposit plus balance, or automatic installment plans.
Do parents need an account?
Yes — and it's what makes re-registration painless. Parents manage all their campers, see balances, pay online, and register for the next session without retyping everything.
Is camper medical information secure?
Medical records are role-gated (only nurses and admins see full profiles), and every access is written to an audit log. Check-in staff see allergy flags — nothing more.
Can we run multiple sessions at once?
That's the default. Run as many overlapping events as you like, each with its own page, capacity, pricing, registration form, and roster.
